Minutes
November 4th, 2009

The meeting was called to order by the Chair, Mary Marshall, at 8:00 in the parking lot behind the Town Hall.
Attendance: Barbara DiBartolomeo, Ed Batchelder, Mary Marshall, Tricia McCarthy, and Mike Seekamp. Ed was appointed to fill the absence of Nancy Slombo; Barbara was apppointed to fill the absence of Christina Hoffman.
Acceptance of Minutes: Barbara DiBartolomeo motioned to accept the minutes of the May 20th, 2009 meeting, seconded by Ed Batchelder. The motion carried unanimously.
Review of Schedule for 2010: To accommodate the meeting schedule needs of a new member the committee decided to meet on Tuesdays. The spring meeting will be the fourth Tuesday in May at 6:00pm at the Town Hall. The fall meeting will be the first Tuesday in November at 6:00pm.
Old Business:
Brochure: Nothing new.
Medallions: Nothing new.
New Business:
Officer slate for 2010: The most senior member will be nominated for chair at the spring meeting. The second most senior member will be nominated for vice chair.
Review of Annual Report to LCHIP and The Town. Tricia motioned that the report be amended say that the fields were mowed shortly after the site walk as planned by the landowner with no need for the Committee to bring it up. Barbara Dibartolomeo seconded the motion which carried unanimously.
The Town will receive another chunk of interest from the LCHIP legal account for 2009.

Barbara DiBartolomeo, seconded by Mike Seekamp, motioned to adjourn. The meeting was adjourned at 8:16 am.
